126 contractors fined for violating school bus rules

MADURAI: There is no dearth of government regulations to curb the fees charged by schools. However, most schools collect fees way above the upper cap set by the government. Even government-aided schools in the city are not far behind premier private schools in violating the regulations that aim at affordable education.
